Happy Monday

 

It's beautiful Monday, one of those Monday when you feel refreshed, excited for the week to come. It was a hectic weekend but still very refreshing in a lot of ways.....does that happen to you ??


I made some handmade contact cards today. Ink stained paper with my details and hand decorated outside !


Thinking of starting a planning tasks for the upcoming exhibition....in the SALA festival.

Cheers to Life

Evolution. Most likely to be the directive in my life. I love life when it keeps evolving and I keep feeling the 'shift'. It's contagious. It brings you alive. Probably more pronounced in childhood, when little things bring joy and we learn from everything and everyone. When we grow up - we become selective. 

For me life is exciting when I evolve, change old to new, grow, love, discover. Connecting dots, make a chain beads by beads. 

Cheers to life and evolution. It happens everyday. 

Fresh Roses and The Mango Season

I have been reading "The Mango Season" lately and this book would bring up lots of memories for many Indians. India is loaded with hundreds of different types of mangoes, everywhere. The author picks up small nuances of Indian families and eating mangoes, all at the same time....beautiful, light hearted and gives a sense of culture and marriages in India....and all mingled with the taste and juiciness of  mangoes.
