Rain

It has been raining for a couple of days and is really chilly. I am dreaming of snugging into a blanket and reading my book, but I must keep going. Atleast I can watch the beautiful raindrops falling from my wide glass doors while I work....

Did you look out of the window for a moment today ? Do that - it's really enjoyable and let the world come to a halt for a moment. 

Savour life

I plan to savour, really savour my meals today. Do you ?

It's my effort to remain in present and start savouring life more. 

My own days, my own routine

These days, while I have been working hard - I am absolutely enjoying the flexibility of having my own schedule these days but with that comes a great expectation from myself to be more disciplined and productive. This is the kind of feeling and satisfaction I was hunting for sometime. 

I am also thinking about reading a book written by a friend - "30 something and over it" attempting to introspect a bit more and to look within a bit deeper. 

Life is short, and while my dad has been telling me to "live everyday" since my boarding school days, I have suddenly come to realising that....

I hope I can enjoy days like these and appreciate them more.....Everyday !
